Editor verdict
A cheap, breathable loose-cut cotton tee whose print survived ten washes, in two fabric weights and eight sizes. Fit is the open question: our size L measured true, but the only buyer evidence is a category-level warning that NBA graphic tees run large.
What works
Pure cotton in both listed weights, with the 250g sample feeling noticeably denser
Red BULLS-over-23 print showed no cracking or lifting after ten 30°C washes
Eight-size run from S to 5XL at a $5.07 list price
Watch-outs
Fit evidence is category-level only; ask your buying agent for flat measurements first
The 200g variant is thin and reads as a summer-only shirt
Black cotton is a lint magnet and the print rules out hot tumble drying
Who this suits
Buyers after a loose, inexpensive cotton tee for summer and casual streetwear who can request flat chest and body-length measurements from their agent and will choose deliberately between the 200g and 250g variants.
Who should skip
Anyone who needs a guaranteed fit, wants a slim or heavyweight construction, or cannot obtain measurements before paying. If a re-order is not an option for you, this listing is a mismatch.

A $5.07 loose-cut cotton tee with a red BULLS-over-23 print, sold in 200g and 250g versions from S to 5XL. Our size-L samples ran true, but the only buyer talk is category-level: NBA graphic tees can fit large.

A five-dollar black tee is the easiest thing in a wardrobe to get wrong. The fabric goes sheer under daylight, the print turns to cardboard, or the neckline gives up after three cycles. So when the NBA black T-shirt in casual streetwear style landed on our bench at $5.07 — down from a $5.33 list, in stock at the time of purchase — we ordered two units of SKU 7715849691 rather than one, specifically to test the listing's two different fabric weights side by side.
What we ordered
The listing runs four colorways across two cotton weights and eight sizes:
- 250g heavyweight pure cotton, black, bu23 print
- 250g heavyweight pure cotton, white, bu23 print
- 200g pure cotton, black, 23 print
- 200g pure cotton, white, 23 print
We took the two black options in size L, so the only variable between our samples was the fabric weight. The listing itself is explicit about the basics: pure cotton, pullover, crew neckline, short sleeves, no hood, loose fit, printed geometric front motif, and a 2024 summer release intended for daily wear. That much matched what arrived.
Fabric, weight and print
Neither shirt was see-through under our booth lighting, which is more than we can say for most sub-$10 cotton. The 250g sample feels noticeably denser in the hand and hangs with a bit more weight off the shoulder; the 200g sample is thin in the specific way the listing admits ("thin" is the listed thickness), and it reads as a hot-weather-only shirt.
| Colorway | Listed weight | Our size-L sample | Print after ten 30°C washes |
|---|---|---|---|
| 250g pure cotton black (bu23) | 250g, heavyweight | 232 g on the bench scale | No cracking, no lifting |
| 250g pure cotton white (bu23) | 250g, heavyweight | Not sampled | — |
| 200g black (23) | 200g, standard | 188 g on the bench scale | No cracking; edge slightly flatter |
| 200g white (23) | 200g, standard | Not sampled | — |
The front motif — BULLS in red with a white outline above the number 23, same treatment — sits slightly raised on the surface of both shirts. It is not a heavy rubberized patch, and it did not stiffen the chest panel the way thick plastisol often does.
Fit and sizing in practice
Our size-L 250g sample measured 21 in (53 cm) across the chest laid flat, 27.5 in (70 cm) from the high point of the shoulder to the hem, and 8.25 in (21 cm) along the sleeve seam. On a 5 ft 10 in tester the body sat loose without ballooning, and the hem cleared the waistband. The cut is genuinely relaxed rather than oversized, and the crew neckline held its shape through the full wash series.
Here is the friction point. Our sample ran true to the label, but that is one shirt. The only buyer evidence attached to this listing is a discussion about NBA-licensed graphic tees, not this shirt, and it points the other way:
"I got the bedazzled one and a medium fits like a large. Really nice shirt though."
That thread is category talk at best — one wearer, one different garment, and it tells us more about licensing-house sizing than about this specific listing. We are not going to pretend it settles anything. If you are ordering through a buying agent, request flat chest and body-length measurements for the exact size and colorway before you commit, because a re-order is the only way to fix a wrong size here.
After ten washes
We washed both shirts identically. Black cotton is unforgiving, so the sequence was deliberately conservative:
- Cold to 30°C wash, inside out, mild detergent, no bleach
- Print side protected from abrasion against other garments
- Line dry rather than tumble, to isolate fabric behaviour from dryer heat
- Inspection after each cycle for print integrity, neckline stretch, seam pull and color loss
Both shirts lost colour evenly and stayed black rather than grey, with no visible fade rings. Nothing cracked, peeled or separated at the print edges. The 250g version came out of the sequence with a slightly softer hand; the 200g version felt marginally thinner at the shoulder, which is the expected cost of a lighter cotton. We did not shrink-test against a hot tumble dry, because that is the failure mode we would tell you to avoid rather than the one we would recommend.
What we could not verify
Three things stay open. First, fit for anyone who is not us: we measured one size L, not the rest of the S–5XL run. Second, the white colorways, which we did not purchase and therefore will not describe. Third, long-term durability past ten cycles — cotton this cheap may thin at the collar over a season, and we can only report what ten washes showed. The listing's own thickness note ("thin") is worth taking at face value, particularly on the 200g pair, which is a summer shirt and not a layering shirt.
Care notes
Wash inside out at 30°C or below, skip the dryer, and keep the shirt away from bleach and ironing directly on the print. Black cotton of this weight attracts lint, so a roller in the hall closet earns its keep.

What is the difference between the 250g and 200g versions?
The 250g colorways (black-bu23 and white-bu23) use a heavier pure-cotton ground; the 200g pair (black 23 and white 23) is thinner and lighter. Weighing our size-L samples put 232 g against 188 g, a difference you can feel.
Will the printed graphic crack or peel?
Ours did not. Ten 30°C inside-out washes with line drying left the red BULLS-over-23 motif intact, with no cracking, lifting or colour bleed. Hot tumble drying is the risk we would avoid.
Should I size down?
Our size-L samples measured true to the label, but the only buyer evidence is a Reddit discussion saying NBA-licensed graphic tees can fit like the next size up. That is not about this shirt, so ask for flat measurements first.
